DMEXCO trend survey: Where communicators are already using artificial intelligence

Around one in ten of those surveyed in the areas of marketing, communication, and media may already be testing AI in terms of content production and search engine optimization, but most communicators are still cautious or even skeptical about actually using AI in their companies. Those are the initial results of a representative online survey conducted by Civey on behalf of DMEXCO from January 26 to February 20, 2023.
