In this highly-interactive session, experienced influencer marketing strategists will lead small group consultative exercises on developing an influencer marketing strategy or process. Our participants will discuss influencer and brand fit, campaign and relationship metrics and goals, and implementation challenges. Each small group will address a different challenge area, and participants will leave with actionable next steps for implementing influencer marketing strategies, processes or campaigns within their own company.
