Creativity, Corporate Influencer, and Next Agency – the top summits

Presented by DMEXCO and the German Digital Award (DDA): the Creativity Summit will be making its debut this year – as an all-day format on the Agencies Stage. Kicking off on September 19 at 10 am, creative leaders from the agency scene will come together here to explore the importance and use of creativity in an agency context, in panels such as “How Digital Creativity is driving Brand Success”.

Céline Flores Willers, CEO of The People Branding Company, will be opening the Corporate Influencer Summit in German on the Collective Stage on September 19 at 10:30 am. As part of the summit, she will also be talking to Laura Bornmann, a New Leadership & New Work expert, in the German-language fireside chat “HOW TO: Successfully establish an employer brand on LinkedIn” on September 19 at 2:30 pm.

At the Next Agency Summit on the Collective Stage, agency giants will be discussing the future of the industry for a whole day on September 18:

How (un)happy is the agency world really? And what influences the work satisfaction of creative teams? Julia Glöckner, CMO at awork, and Constanze Schumann-Plekat, DACH Marketing Team Lead at Appinio, will be answering these questions and presenting the Agency Happiness Report 2024 in their German-language lecture at 12 pm.

And at 2:45 pm, you can look forward to another star-studded highlight: in the German-language panel “Please, not another culture agency?!”, Franziska Gregor (Managing Director of Serviceplan Culture), Isabelle Schnellbügel (Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at Accenture Song), Tommy Gmür (Managing Director of DRAVT), Phillip Böndel (CEO of THE AMBITION), and Giuseppe Fiordispina (Marketing Director of SEAT Germany) will be exploring the role of culture agencies in marketing.

The Agencies Stage is the place to be for the agency scene

The Agencies Stage promises two days of inspiring content across a range of formats – spanning panels, keynotes, and case studies delivered by German and international industry experts.

Why not kick off day 1 of DMEXCO with B2B insights from morefire’s Managing Partner Robin Heintze? A heads-up: this lecture will be held in German. That will be strategically followed at 11 am by the panel “Agency Agenda 2025: How to Stay in the Game” featuring the following big names: Anke Herbener (CEO of Digital Changers), Eva-Maria Schmidt (Editor in Chief at HORIZONT), Kristian Meinken (CEO of pilot), Josephine Gerves (CEO of Digitas Germany), Diana Degraa (CEO of Initiative Media), and Claus Bröckers (CEO of GroupM). In the afternoon, Tizian Bonus, CRO of Appinio, will be presenting groundbreaking opportunities for the industry based on market research for brands and agencies in the keynote “Mindset Matters: strengthening collaboration between agencies and marketing teams with Mental Availability”.
