6 Practical last-minute tips for your visit to DMEXCO @home
The first fully digital DMEXCO will contain lots of exciting new content, functions and innovative features, even if you’re an experienced participant. Our useful tips for the virtual expo days will help make your visit to the DMEXCO @home a complete success.
#1 Securing your ticket for the entire event
Would you like to participate in DMEXCO @home and need access to our digital event platform? You can secure your personal digital ticket in our ticket shop and experience two days of networking, interaction, and business in a decentralized and smart way. When ordering your ticket, you also have the option to redeem any available vouchers. Please note that your DMEXCO @home ticket is personalized and therefore non-transferrable.
#2 Logging into the convenient DMEXCO @home platform
Starting on September 14, you can log in to our event platform to familiarize yourself with how it works and its different features and to professionally prepare your virtual expo days. Whether you’ll be on the agenda as a speaker, on the showfloor, or networking: with a valid ticket and the e-mail address you used when you ordered your ticket, you’ll receive direct access to the platform at home.dmexco.com and can use all of the functions and features in both English and German.

We have so many great speakers and insightful, exciting sessions – you can specifically pick out and bookmark your favorites here. It’s also worth keeping an eye on the notifications that tell you about special presentations, Q&As, offers in the showrooms of some exhibitors, and more.”
#3 Have you got everything ready for your digital expo day? Our system check will tell you!
To use the digital event platform to its full extent, you just need sufficient Internet bandwidth and the most recent version of one of these three browsers: Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. If you want to make sure that your browser, headset, and other equipment are all set for DMEXCO @home, you can perform a specific test using our system check. Just click the “Check your system now” button on the landing page to start the compatibility test. In addition to a headset for the best possible sound quality, the following are also recommended for your virtual visit to DMEXCO @home:

#5 Get to know the different functions and features of DMEXCO @home
Once you’ve successfully logged in to DMEXCO @home, you’ll enter our virtual lobby. It’s your personal dashboard and, in addition to a quick overview, offers you direct access to all of the areas of our event platform. There, you can see valuable information on sessions, speakers, and showfloors and get recommendations on relevant contacts, brands, and content sessions.

To enter the individual areas, move your cursor over the icons on the right-hand side of the screen and select where you want to go.

Since you usually gain access by requesting it from each host, it’s a good idea to get an overview and already send access requests now.”
#6 The Communication Center – your powerful networking tool for DMEXCO @home
Sharing ideas and networking have always taken center stage at DMEXCO. Our Communication Center offers you a powerful networking tool that is tailored exactly to your requirements. For example, you can look for relevant network partners who you’d like to meet and get to know virtually and then speak to them directly. No matter which area you are in at the moment, the Communication Center is always open on the right-hand side of the screen and allows for quick and easy networking and communication. Bonus tip: With the Discovery Graph, you can visualize an overview of your contact list at DMEXCO @home and conveniently search for new contacts using the different filter functions.
