DMEXCO, the meeting point for all major decision-makers in the digital economy, marketing and innovation, will once again serve up a top-class conference program for 2018. The five topics Media, Marketing, Business, Technology and Future form the framework for over 95 slots with more than 550 industry personalities on a total of 18 stages. More than 140 Seminars and Work Labs of exhibitors and partners, as well as the Speakers’ Forum with a host of digital professionals, round off the content of the 250-hour program.
Big spenders, big business, media and marketing
Major advertisers and strong brands including Tim Alexander (Deutsche Bank), Pieter Haas (Media Saturn), Kim Kadlec (Visa), Dr. Rahmyn Kress (Henkel) and Debora Koyama (Mondelez) will be showing where the national and international economy is heading, and how they reach their consumers and use media budgets. DMEXCO 2018 will see media greats talking about the hottest media trends, among them Michael Kassan (Medialink) in an interview with Arthur Sadoun (Publicis Groupe), Florian Adamski (OMD) and Dr. Mark Grether (Sizmek) in a fireside chat, as well as Dr. Stephanie Caspar (Axel Springer), Max Conze (ProSieben Sat 1) and Kelly Day (Viacom Digital Studios).
Business and technology
Melanie Cook (Sapient Nitro), Eileen O’Mara (Salesforce), Alicia Hatch (Deloitte Digital), Janina Kugel (Siemens), Nikki Mendonca (Accenture Interactive), Neal Mohan (YouTube), Rus Yusupov (HQ Trivia), Philipp Schindler (Google), Andrea Ward (Magento) and others will be focusing on the latest developments in business and technology. Fascinating inspirations will be delivered by Digital Minister Dorothee Bär, Moran Cerf (Professor for Neuroscience at the Kellogg School of Management), cyborg activist Moon Ribas and former Formula 1 world champion and investor Nico Rosberg.
On the biggest stage, the Congress Stage, DMEXCO visitors will this year be guided through the program for the first time by Louise Houghton (Balcony TV, Euromaxx and others). Martin Meyer-Gossner (Debate Stage), Susan Bäthge (Motion Stage) and Cherno Jobatey (Experience Stage) are presenting on the other stages once again.
Start-up founders
There is also an impressive spectrum of speakers from among the young companies who have their own DMEXCO area in the Start-up Village: start-up founders like Amber Atherton (Zyper.com), Hakan Koç (Auto1), Constantin Eis (Casper), David Fischer (Highsnobiety), Ron Johnson (Enjoy) and Melanie Mohr (YEAY) will show what can be achieved with an innovative idea.
“What do you as a visitor expect from the DMEXCO Conference? Inspiration and exciting discussions? Practicable insights and ideas for your own business? The latest trends or specific information on all relevant topics of digital marketing? The DMEXCO Conference covers a wide spectrum, both nationally and internationally. This year, we have once again succeeded in doing this while putting a huge emphasis on orientation throughout the program,” says Dr. Dominik Matyka, DMEXCO Chief Advisor.
“This year, DMEXCO will once again deliver a top-class speaker line-up with well-known industry giants and exciting newcomers who will discuss the current top issues facing the industry in a variety of program formats,” adds Judith Kühn, Director Conference at DMEXCO.
