On October 30, 2025, this award will be presented for the very first time at the VideoDays Award Gala in Cologne – the largest and most prestigious stage of the creator economy in Germany.
The prize honors the best collaboration between a brand and a creator. Whether TikTok campaign, YouTube format, Twitch event, or co-creation: we are looking for partnerships that perfectly combine creativity, relevance, and impact.
The Best Brand Collab Award is more than just a new prize. It is a statement for bold ideas, innovative partnerships, and the collaboration between brands and creators that is shaping our industry.

Jury, voting, award show – the timeline
- Until October 6: Free submissions possible
- Until October 15: An expert jury selects the shortlist of the Top 5
- October 15–24: Public voting on Campaign Germany – every vote counts!
- October 30: The grand award ceremony on the stage of the VideoDays Award Gala at the Palladium in Cologne. The award presentation will be hosted by Verena Gründel (DMEXCO) and Bärbel Egli-Unckrich (Campaign Germany).
All shortlisted entries will not only be featured on the websites of Campaign, VideoDays, and DMEXCO – they will also get the chance to present their work in front of over 700 industry guests.
A prize that connects two worlds
“The daily editorial work shows us how important creator and community marketing has become,” says Bärbel Egli-Unckrich, Editor-in-Chief of Campaign Germany. “But how do you find the right creator who truly fits a brand? Which collaborations provide real added value, are creatively thought out, convincing, and innovative? These are the works we want to spotlight.”
Verena Gründel, Host and Director Brand & Communications at DMEXCO, adds: “With the Best Brand Collab Award, we bring together what belongs together: digital marketing and the creator economy. Brands and creators have long been shaping the culture of our industry together. Making this collaboration visible and celebrating it is our mission.”

VideoDays Festival 2025 – the meeting point of the creator economy
During the day, the VideoDays Festival offers panels, masterclasses, and networking on topics such as crowd culture, live shopping, and co-creation. International stars such as NikkieTutorials, who reaches more than 50 million followers worldwide, along with numerous well-known German creators, shape the program. DMEXCO will also curate a masterclass and two sessions in the festival’s Matchmaking Area. In the evening, the Gala follows – often described as the “Oscars of the social media industry” – which this year, for the very first time, will also give brands and agencies a stage.
