Lars Bendix Düysen
Lars Bendix Düysen started his career in music and media business in 1998 at Bertelsmann Music Group where he worked as product manager and A&R. In Universal Music Group he was part of the international product department and worked with artist like Robert Plant, Def Leppard or The Cranberries. In 2006 he changed industries taking on the role as Head Of Music in Telefonica’s premium brand O2
being responsible for all business areas in regards to music download services. Subsequently he took responsibility of O2 Ireland’s content business and mobile portals. From 2011 to 2013 Lars worked in O2 Germany’s Brand department being responsible for mainly the partnership with AEG including the o2 worlds and international cooperation’s and sponsorships.
Since 2013 Lars acts as Vice President Brand Partnership & Music Licensing & Live Entertainment at Sony Music Entertainment GSA. Leading a globally acting team he is responsible for delivering growth including strategy and day to day business. Clients and partnerships include BMW, Mercedes Benz, Telefonica o2, Vodafone, Sony Mobile, Sky, Omega just to name a few. Lars has been serving on several music and marketing juries and panels including DLD, MIDEM, Propko and the CLIO marketing awards in NYC.
