With the goal of strengthening the position of women in marketing, media and technology, dmexco has started three initiatives with partners who will address female leadership and show that gender equality is more than a buzzword of our time. Together, we are more creative, successful and innovative. Together with our partners, we want to bring more female executives on stage and let successful women and men discuss various topics of our industry.

dmexco 2017: 29 inspiring women from marketing, media and tech
With the campaign „29 Global Trailblazers“, which we started together with Refinery29 and The Female Quotient, we want to profile 29 female managers from marketing, media and tech with the goal to present their work, ideas and innovations on the dmexco stages. They stand united for a future of diversity and equality.
„How did you make it into the first row?“
Regina Mehler, founder of the Women Speaker Foundation and 1st Row, and her team will interview leading female and male dmexco personalities on our green couch and will ask them about their personal career path. A personal view by exciting role models, their work and how they experience and drive diversity and equality in their own company.The green couch is our symbol of an open dialogue between women and men.
